It can be very difficult to reach us by telephone either because we are away from the phone (ie in the kennels or busy in the office) or are busy with another caller. If your enquiry is not dealt with by using this web site, please ring 0871 200 2450 and dial

when you hear the options start. The options explain exactly what you should do to either leave your details to adopt a dog, talk to us during office hours and how to reach us out of hours in an emergency.

The phone is usually manned between 10am and 4pm Monday to Friday but we are often very busy during the morning so it's best to call between 2pm and 4pm if you need to speak to us.

We are not usually available at weekends (we are either collecting dogs, homechecking, with visitors or at a show) or bank holidays (we do not have a holiday so always take Bank Holidays off). Calls are charged at 10p per minute and between 2p-3p per minute on each call is donated to Bulldog Rescue. If you need to call us out of hours and have a GENUINE EMERGENCY please call the number given on the answerphone.
